This one says:
"If you were wondering, then yes, this herb is better known as Catnip! However, it acts much differently on us than on cats as it has more of a sedating, calming effect on us. I love to use it in conjunction with California Poppy tincture. For me, that is the one, two punch that is sure to cam my anxiety and restlessness down. And just like California Poppy, many parents use Catmint tincture to help ease teething and toothaches.

It is known to relax both parent and child. I use it to help me fall asleep when I am feeling restless or spent too much time on my phone before bed. PRO TIP: This is a prolific garden friend who will loyally, if not a bit agressively take a spot in your garden.

I love the way Catnip smells and I sometimes just pick a handful of leaves for the aromatically calming benefits. I will also rub some on my neck and arms when mosquitoes are bad as catmint will deter them!"
